Operational Performance Solutions was selected to provide Lean Process Improvement Services to the Lower Shore Workforce Alliance. Lean Government is widely being recognized as a methodology that will help processes become more efficient and effective while increasing value to citizens and reducing costs.
OPS has led successful projects using the Lean methodology at Career Centers in Carroll, Frederick, and Howard counties, as well as the City of Baltimore. Each of these projects significantly reduced waiting time for citizens to receive these valuable services and helped them be more competitive in the job market.
OPS is excited to work with the Lower Shore Workforce Alliance team to help them improve their processes, instill a culture of continuous improvement and be able to provide a more efficient and effective processes to serve their citizens.
