OPS Presents a Webinar in Collaboration with Censis Technologies' Continuing Education Series "True Grit"

Rachel Mandel, MD, MHA and Robert Klym from OPS will present a webinar, hosted by Censis Technologies and BeyondClean, on September 24, 2020. They will discuss the benefits of Lean in perioperative services. Dr. Mandel is OPS' Senior Healthcare Advisor, and Robert is our Operations Manager.
 
The webinar will showcase how Lean tools and concepts can improve patient safety, staff satisfaction, and increase overall performance of perioperative services. Specific examples of opportunities for improvement will be discussed. The team will also provide an in-depth Sterile Processing Department (SPD) case study with its impressive outcomes and data. There will be an opportunity for Q&A immediately following the presentation.
