OPS Attends Cleveland Clinic CI Conference

The OPS President and Vice President of Operations attended the first Cleveland Clinic 2-day conference on Continuous Improvement in Healthcare: A Roadmap for Transformation on November 12th & 13th.  This was a great interactive healthcare session about continuous improvement and Lean.  Discussions with the Keynote speakers and other sessions demonstrated conclusively the growing need for true Lean (TPS) in healthcare as well as many of the successes and challenges of implementing true Lean in the healthcare environment.
